What are your delivery times?
Products are custom made per order so delivery times may vary depending on your order! Certain items take longer to create. You will be made aware of estimated delivery when checking out.
How much will shipping cost?
Nothing! We provide free shipping so you can enjoy your products without extra fees!
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We do our best to accommodate all but are unable to provide shipping to certain regions.
My Order
How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at Sch_ArtApparel@gmail.com as soon as possible with your request. We will respond during normal business hours. Any after hour requests may not be seen until the next day, this may result in products being fulfilled. Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been fulfilled.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Please submit a claim NO later than 30 days and provide photos of your incorrect order to avoid potential delays. If the claim is approved, we will begin a reshipment process at no cost to you.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
Any return of a faulty item will be handled at our expense. We do not accommodate returns due to wrong size or without any defect. Should you need a different size, under our partnership agreements, a new order will have to be made.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
Sometimes things happen! If something gets lost in transit, please submit a claim NO later than 30 days and we will take care of reprinting and reshipping a replacement order.

Do you offer extended warranties?
No, we do not however we offer limited warranty within 30 days that covers damaged or defective products. Please submit a claim no later than 30 days and provide photos of the damaged product to avoid potential delays.
